WHAT TO DO WHEN SERVICE IS REQUIRED
If you experience an issue with your Snap Touch, Please contact Technical Support via email first, then phone. If your Snap Touch is defective, you will be provided with a warranty exchange for up to a year after the original date of purchase.
If a warranty replacement of your Snap Touch is required, you will need to provide the following:
- Copy of original reciept of purchase
- A description of the problem
- Your return address and telephone number (Daytime)
Once you submit this information, you will be issued an RMA number. Upon receipt of your defective Snap Touch, you will be issued a warranty replacement.
